Lou Puleo

Founder and CEO of Focus Rx, a nationally recognized specialty and home infusion services company based out of NY, Lou Puleo successfully led his company to multiple locations, workforce expansion, accreditations, and acquisitions earning ranks in INC. Magazine’s Top 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies for 3 consecutive years.  Named SMARTCEO Future 50 award winner, his tenure at Focus culminated after working with Harbor Healthcare Consultants.  The company was successfully acquired by Diplomat Specialty Infusion Group in 2017.

Earlier, Lou gained his BA from the State University of NY at Stony Brook with a concentration in pre-medicine, graduating Cum Laude.  He since has served over 20 years across a spectrum of healthcare consultative sales, business development, and C-Level roles with Accenture, CVS Health, Vizient, CMTx Biotech and most notably Focus Rx.  An entrepreneur at heart, Lou expanded his depth and has made multiple investments into several ventures within home inspection technology, real estate, franchising, alternative lending, and the healthcare M&A spaces.
