Charles Leiter

Charles Leiter brings over 35 years of Compounding experience to the Harbor team.  Charles is a former owner of an FDA registered 503B Outsourced Facility as well as a 503A compounding pharmacy.  He is recognized as one of the world’s leading Ophthalmic pharmacists and regularly consults with major teaching hospitals and institutes. He has been recognized as an industry leader in quality compounded products and has been a featured speaker on compounding quality assurance at the annual American Society of Registered Nurses, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology conferences.  In 2015 Leiter’s company was acquired by Frazier Healthcare where Charles eventually retired from day-to-day operations.  Since leaving the pharmacy Charles works on strategic initiates in the healthcare and life sciences space.
