Adam Schepps

Adam Schepps graduated with honors from Georgetown University where he earned bachelors degrees in both Finance and Accounting.

Prior to joining Harbor Healthcare Consultants, Adam worked as investment banking analyst with Miller Buckfire & Co., one of the worlds leading company-side advisory firms specializing in complex financial restructuring situations including recapitalizations, acquisitions, sales and divestitures, and debt and equity financing transactions. His notable company-side advisory experience includes representing Standard Pacific Corp., OSI Restaurants, Foamex, and Pegasus Broadcast Television.

Adam’s unique investment banking and strategic company-side advisory experience translates directly to Harbor Healthcare Consultants’ main goal of maximizing the value of our client’s businesses through the often challenging valuation and sales processes in light of today’s complex pharmaceutical and healthcare landscapes.
