Harbor Healthcare Consultants is pleased to announce it served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Mercury Pharmacy Services, a premier long-term care (LTC) pharmacy based in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, in its sale to Guardian Pharmacy Services, one of the nation’s largest LTC pharmacy operators.
Founded in 2003, Mercury Pharmacy Services has built a strong regional reputation for its commitment to quality and tailored pharmacy services across skilled nursing, assisted living, behavioral health, and I/DD communities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
The transaction represents Guardian Pharmacy’s first entry into the state of Washington and marks a significant milestone in their national expansion strategy. Mercury will continue to operate under its established name and leadership, with access to Guardian’s operational, clinical, and compliance support.
